Crescent University Alumnus with BBC Visits Vice Chancellor

An alumnus of the Department of Mass Communication, Crescent University Abeokuta working with the British Broadcasting Service (BBC Africa), Mr Abayomi Adisa, has paid a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibraheem Gbajabiamila in appreciation of knowledge gained from the university.

Adisa who visited in company with Dr Kola Adesina, Head of Department of Mass Communication, is a 2019 first class graduate of Mass Communication.

He was recently promoted to the position of Senior Journalist for BBC Africa. Narrating how he got the employment few years ago, Adisa explained that one of the assignments he underwent as an undergraduate at Crescent University helped him sail through the employment of the BBC.

The vice chancellor was joined by Director of Special Duties, Mr Oladejo Azeez and Senior Assistant Registrar (Public Relations), Mr Idris Katib during the presentation.

The vice chancellor expressed his delight at Crescent University Alumni doing excellently across all programmes both in Nigeria and abroad.
